include a large swimming pool with a separate children's swimming
pool. There are free poolside sun-loungers and umbrellas. The hotel
organises “low key” entertainment during the day and
the resident entertainer organises games and activities for both
adults and children alike such as water gym, rifle shooting, darts,
bowls, mini-disco, table tennis, pool, t-shirt painting, and crab
fishing. During the evening the hotel organises groups of Mallorcan
or Flamenco dancers and very often other live music.
Many activities are also available outside the hotel complex such
golf (there are three golf clubs less than three miles away), tennis,
horse-riding, scuba-diving, water-skiing, go-karting, jet-skiing,
jogging and cycling.
The Ponent Mar Aparthotel has 68 one bedroom apartments sleeping
up to four people and 88 studios sleeping up to three people. All
apartments and studios are equipped with air-conditioning, heating,
telephone, satellite television, kitchenette, fridge and bathroom
with hair-dryer. There is a room cleaning service every day except
Sundays. The apartments comprise one bedroom, one sitting room with
sofa bed, bathroom and terrace. The studios comprise one sitting/bedroom,
bathroom and terrace.
